Our booksellers strive to maintain an excellence in customer service and
customer satisfaction. With that goal in mind, our booksellers guarantee
the condition of every book as it is described on our web site. However if you
are dissatisfied with your purchase, you are eligible for a refund within 30
days of the estimated delivery date.

Issue
1. Incorrect Book/Not As Described/Damaged
You are eligible for a full refund of the purchase price, including shipping
costs, if your return is a result of an error on the part of the bookseller. To
receive a refund, you must return your item directly to the bookseller within
30 days of the estimated delivery date and in the same condition you received
it in.
2. Book Did Not Arrive
You are eligible for a full refund of the purchase price, including shipping
costs, if your book does not arrive between the estimated delivery date + 15
days and the estimated delivery date + 30 days. (For example if your estimated
delivery date was November 1st, you would be eligible for a refund if the book
still had not arrived by November 16th. You could initiate the return until
December 1st.)
3. Changed Your Mind
If you've changed your mind about a book that you've ordered, please contact
the bookseller directly to request a return. If the bookseller accepts your
request, you will be refunded the price of the book (not including original or
return shipping charges). The majority of our booksellers are happy to
accommodate these requests.
How to Initiate a Return
You can initiate the return through your account. Find the purchase you wish to
return in Your Account > Your Purchases > View Your Purchases, and click
the [Request to Return Book] button on the Item Details page.
In any case where a refund is necessary, it is the responsibility of the
bookseller to request and process that refund on your behalf through WBC. You
may review the status of your order/refund anytime by going to Your Account > Your Orders > Track Your Purchases.
Return shipping costs are calculated as equal to original
shipping costs.
If the bookseller used WBC payment service to process your credit card, the
funds will be deposited back in your credit card account by WBC once the
bookseller confirms they have received the returned item. After a return has
been initiated, you are required to ship the book back to the bookseller
(unless the item didn't arrive). We recommend that you use Tracking Information
to ensure the bookseller receives the book; if not, the return may be
cancelled. WBC will send you confirmation of the refund via e-mail.
